S.M.ART. BUILT, project derives substantially from that which can now be defined as a international character general requirement: the need of developing the highest level of structural and constant health monitoring of important historical and artistic buildings that just because art works and undisputed humanity heritage; should be carefully monitored and protected. In this context; the project, funded by European and National funds, provides for the participation, among other partners, the town of Trani, a historic town situated about 40 kilometers north of Bari, just provided with extraordinary artistic value and increasingly internationally recognized, as demonstrated by tourists massive presence from all over the world.
