The choice of selected buildings un S.M.ART. BUIL.T. Project is due to some characteristics considered fundamental as the geomerty, the preservation status estimated of the building and the possible use of vibrodyne. Subsequently it has been explained by the state-of-art the reasons why the geometry is considered among others the most remarkable criterion of choice.
